Experimental investigations of enhanced glow based on a pulsed hollow-cathode discharge

In this work, the pulsed hollow cathode discharges at low pressure argon with an axial magnetic field were studied. The results indicate that the pulsed discharge is operated in an enhanced glow(EG) mode. Under the same conditions, the discharge current of the pulsed discharge is two or three orders higher than that of the direct current discharge. The spatial and temporal evolution of the light emission shows that, the current fluctuation at the rising edge of the pulse plays an important role for the EG discharge of pulsed hollow cathode, which forms a high-density, highcurrent and long-distance plasma column outside the cavity.     

Torsional statics of two-dimensionally functionally graded microtubes

A size-dependent governing equation is derived to investigate the torsional static behaviors of two-dimensionally functionally graded microtubes based on the modified couple stress theory. The shear modulus is assumed to vary along the tube’s length direction according to an exponential distribute function, and varies along the tube’s radius direction according to a power-law function. A generalized differential quadrature method is developed to determine the rotational angle and shear stresses. Some illustrative examples are given to investigate the effects of applied torques, the length scale parameter and various material compositions on the torsional angle and shear stresses.     

基于近场动力学方法的含缺陷板Ⅰ型应力强度因子计算

针对含多缺陷板脆性断裂问题,引入非局部近场动力学理论,结合J积分计算含缺陷板Ⅰ型应力强度因子。通过含Ⅰ型单裂纹脆性板以及系列含等长双裂纹板的应力强度因子计算,验证该方法的可行性和计算精度。进一步应用于含不等长双裂纹、含孔及孔边裂纹脆性板的应力强度因子计算,验证了该方法对于计算含复杂缺陷板Ⅰ型应力强度因子的适用性,并分析了裂纹位置和长度及孔径等多缺陷板裂尖应力强度因子的影响。     

基于STM32的开环霍尔电流传感器的温度补偿研究

研究了一种基于软件补偿结合恒流源补偿的改进温度补偿方法,应用单片机、恒流源、数字温度传感器、乘法器等硬件电路,对传统软件补偿进行了优化,补偿效果较传统恒流源补偿有了明显提升,“温漂”整体下降了约13.7%。在传统的温度补偿方法如热敏元件补偿、恒流源补偿、软件补偿等方式上做了补充,对于霍尔电流传感器精度的提升及实际生产需求的满足有重要意义。

为确定ZrO2/莫来石热障涂层的单层最佳厚度,采用有限元技术研究单层厚度对ZrO2/莫来石热障涂层热冲击应力的影响。结果表明,莫来石层厚度为0.25mm时,涂层表面及ZrO2/莫来石界面处具有最大热应力,而其它莫来石层厚度时涂层内部热应力则受莫来石层厚度影响不明显。当ZrO2层厚度为0.3mm时,ZrO2/莫来石涂层中的热应力在整个横向距离范围内保持稳定,而其它情况下涂层中的热应力则与ZrO2层厚度成正比。涂层表面处的径向热应力大于ZrO2/莫来石界面处的对应值。     

龙滩坝8#采场地压监测与结果分析

为掌握龙滩坝8#采场矿体在开采过程中地压的变化规律，在结合现场实际情况的同时，根据开挖揭露的地质条件，采用钻孔应力计、锚杆应力计、收敛计、多点位移计和声发射对采场矿柱、顶板及巷道变形情况进行监测，得到回采过程中矿柱、顶板、巷道的受力状况。掌握采场地压的变化规律，为矿体的开采设计提供参考。     

Linear correlation between pH value of stimulated beef and electrical current intensity

The aim of the present study was to determine mathematical relationships between pH changes in beef 24 h post-slaughter and changes in the intensity of electrical current flowing through bull and heifer carcasses during high-voltage electrical stimulation. The electrical stimulation was applied 40 min postmortem for 120 s. The pH values of m. longissimus thoracis et lumborum were analyzed in the function of electrical current intensity changes and its change during electrical stimulation. Mathematical linear correlations of the y = ax ± b type were demonstrated between pH values at 2, 6, and 24 h postmortem and the initial (I_i) and ultimate (I_u) electrical current intensity values, the difference between them and the initial pH values determined before electrical stimulation. High multiple correlation coefficients (R² = 0.416, α ≤ 0.001) between I_u and pH values 24 h post-slaughter enabled concluding that there is a possibility to predict a pH value of stimulated carcass with high accuracy, and thus also beef quality, based merely on the ultimate electrical current intensity values.     

Surface Profile Optimization of Yankee Dryer Based on Finite Element Analysis

The deformation and stress distribution of cast iron Yankee dryer caused by outside linear load， inside steam pressure and self-gravity were calculated by numerical simulation with ANSYS software. The deformation curve of the linear load area was obtained and compared with the deformation in the actual working process. The surface profile of dryer was optimized and the deformation and stress of the optimized dryer were calculated and compared with the that of before optimization. In this paper， the method of the surface profile optimization of Yankee dryer was presented．
